How to take up your challenge by not sparing time specifically

How to save and spare time for your challenge to take care of your health?

This is for both working mother and home
maker.

Just with examples I will present my idea of saving time especially in the morning.

1. Most of the mothers wake early morning by 7 or 6. Specially who have little kids.
If they start dish washing and cleaning the kitchen in the morning, it take 15 to 20 minutes right.

If they cleaneverything at night, they can save 20 minutes of time in the morning.

2. By keeping everything ready for kids school, packing bag, water bottle, school dress, dressing kit ready before day itself.

3. Chopping vegetables which can be stored and they be fresh for few hours.

4.the vegetables like onion tomato, to chop them use chopper as I use SoLima chopper. Which is very handy.

5. Plan your meal before day itself. If you are thinking to prepare puri, chapati then mix flour and make dough the before day and store it in fridge. You can use wet grinder or chopper to mix dough. It takes less time and less effort.

6. If you planning breakfast with batter. Prepare it and store in the refrigerator. This will help you for more than a week.

7. Washing can be done at night if you are using washing machine. So that in the day time you just dry them.

8. Even at pooja, the before day in the night you can keep threads in the diya containers and pour oil. Keep them ready. Do yhst directly you can do pooja.

9. If you are doing hand-wash, you can wash at night and dry in the morning.

10. Keep every single thing organised. So that there will be no waste of time in searching things.

11. Plan the day, in before day. You prepare to do list with timings.

12. You can prepare chutneys and storr on refrigerator.

13. You can make few plans of preparation in the weekend which will be helpful for whole week.

14. Try to cook dishes and adjust the timings in such a manner. Like put dal on 1 stove, some other dish you are preparing other stove. In the mean while you will hav little free time till they both get cooked. Utilise that time as your me time or to complete of continue your challenge.

If you follow these ideas, most of the mothers who are home makers busy with their schedule and working women who are also busy with their schedules can now manage their house hold chores, office work, responsibilities, routine and challenge.

So like this you can save sometime to spend got yourself as i specified.

This saved time you can use for the challenge. Therefore, you no need to take separate time for the challenge.
